What exactly is moolah?

In the past, when the price of an item you purchased dropped, that buyer had little to no recourse. Now, with moolah, you’ll get the best price no matter when you purchase, even if the price drops after the sale has been completed. We track your purchases and will request a refund on you behalf from the store. Automatically and conveniently.

How do I create my own moolah account?

Visit to our website: and sign up with your most frequently used e-mail account for online shopping.

Once you’ve placed an order from any of the online stores we support, the items you purchased will be automatically added to our tracking list. If price changes are detected, we will send out a refund claim request on your behalf to save you money.

How much does it cost to use moolah?

It costs nothing to use moolah.

Is there any upper limit on the amount of refund adjustments I can receive per calendar year?

The sky’s the limit! moolah will get you as much money back as possible. The more you buy, the more you will save.

Which stores does moolah support?

We currently supports over 120+ stores online and are working hard everyday to add more and more stores. Check out our store page for details.

Why do you need access to my email?

Moolah only reads emails from the stores you make purchases with so we can track items for potential price drops and find you refunds. We’ll send you an email to notify you if we’re able to track your refund and return your money back to you, and send an email to the customer service department at the store you’re owed a refund from. Moolah will never make any changes to your email.

Are you going to manage or delete emails in my inbox?

Of course not. Our Terms of Service state that we are granted access to view, manage, and permanently delete your mail in Gmail, but that’s just because Gmail combines its sending and deleting features. We use the send function in your email to contact the customer service department at the store you’re owed a refund from, and get your money back to you. We can’t overwrite Google’s definitions, but we will never use deleting functions in your personal email.

How are you protecting my personal information?

Protecting your personal information is very important to us. Moolah uses 256 bit security encryption to keep your information confidential – that’s the same level of protection used by banks, financial services, and Google.

Does moolah support offline purchases?

We do not support offline purchases at this time.

How soon will I see a refund adjustment after you have claimed it?

On average, it takes one to two business days for retailers to respond to refund claims. The adjustment refund takes about three to seven business days to credit back to your original payment card. The entire process can take up to ten business days.

I've been using moolah, but I haven’t seen any refunds yet. What should I do?

There are three main reasons why you may not have received a refund:

  1. The stores you shop have not yet offered any price adjustments.
  2. You did not link the same email address that you are used to make the original purchases.
  3. You did not link your Amazon account with moolah.
